A legal disclaimer

 RENTAL RATE AND PAYMENT

• Rental Fee: $[75,120,150] per [2hr/5hr/12hr].

• Security Deposit: Drivers 24 and under will be charged a young driver Fee of $[50], refundable upon return of the vehicle in the same condition, subject to deductions for damages.

•Payment Method: [Online Booking].

 USE OF VEHICLE

• The vehicle shall only be used for personal and lawful purposes.

• Renter shall not sublease or lend the vehicle to any third party.

• Renter must hold a valid driver’s license and be at least [18] years old.

• Renter shall not drive the vehicle outside [State and Federal Roads] without prior written consent i.e. NO OFF-ROADING.

  INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

• The Renter must provide proof of valid auto insurance covering rental vehicles.

• The Renter is liable for any damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle during the rental period.

• The Owner shall not be liable for any injuries or damages incurred while the vehicle is in the Renter’s possession.

  MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

• The Renter shall maintain the vehicle in good condition and return it with a fuel level of [FULL].

• The Renter shall not perform any repairs or modifications without prior written consent.

• In case of breakdown or accident, the Renter must immediately notify the Owner.

  RETURN OF VEHICLE

• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tears excepted.

• Late returns will incur a fee of $[100] per [HOUR].

  TERMINATION

• The Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the Renter breaches any terms.

• Early termination by the Renter may result in forfeiture of rental fees or deposit.

  GOVERNING LAW

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [HI] and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [HAWAII].

  ENTIRE AGREEMENT    

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
